Easy check in and full experience has been easy and comfortable, couldn’t be more satisfied with the room. Easy navigation around premises, Mari (staff) super friendly and very warm welcomes all round. Defined would recommend for a cosy night away or business ventures.
I only stayed for one night to attend a concert in Hyde Park, and it was super pleasant. The staff were incredible they let me leave my luggage after checkout, which helped me out so much. A special thank you to Mari for the great tips.

Convenient and welcoming Stayed here during a short work trip and everything was smooth from start to finish. The room was clean, comfortable, and I slept really well. David at reception helped with directions on my way out and was genuinely friendly. Ideal central location, I’d happily stay again. Recommend it
Our room was pleasantly spacious. While we encountered a small inconvenience with the elevator not functioning on our check-in day, the management had it promptly repaired by the following morning. The breakfast provided was excellent, and we found the overall pricing to be very reasonable for London. I would also like to specifically commend Mari for her excellent service and assistance
We stayed for the weekend. The room was amazing and Mari and his team were very welcoming and friendly, we will be coming back here to stay. The breakfast were fantastic and thoroughly enjoyed every bite. Very good value for the price and worth every penny.
We had a lovely spacious suite. The. Owe over London was great. Only thing I can say was the fridge was noisy. Overall the stay was lovely. Would definitely stay again. The staff Mari was very very kind.
